Welcome to Easyletspain! We are an established property Management and Letting company based in the lovely coastal town of Guardamar with 10kms of sandy beaches located on the south Costa Blanca. We are just 25 minutes from Alicante Airport and 40 minutes from San Javier (Murcia) Airport.

At present we have properties for both long term and holiday rentals in the areas of La Marina, Guardamar, and Torrevieja and Villamartin (which is also famous for it’s 3 Championship Golf Courses). Ideal for family holidays, or any other type of property rentals, with shops, restaurants, bars and some of the best beaches in Spain. We are looking to expand our property portfolio to eventually cover the entire Costa Blanca and Costa Calida areas.

For families and friends who would like to rent holiday properties that are close to each other, there are 1, 2 and 3 bedroomed properties available, which are all a few minutes walk from each other - if you would like 2 properties close to each other, just mention this in your enquiry.

We are very flexible to your requirements and your holiday rental can be for any length of time and can also start and finish any time of the day or night and any day of the week.
